Election Forum…tonight!

Mayoral candidates Bob Low and Carrie Lacher took questions at last night's Chamber of Commerce meeting, and will speak at tonight's forum.
Susan from the League of Women Voters tells me the forum is tonight – I’ll be there, and I hope you are, too! Here’s the deal:
League of Women Voters Offers General Election Forum
The League of Women Voters has scheduled the 2009 General Election Candidate Forum for Tuesday, October 13 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Friday Harbor Middle School.
The following candidates have been invited:
Town of Friday Harbor Mayor: Carrie Lacher & Robert Low
Town Council Member #4: Felix Menjivar & Clinton Mills
Port of Friday Harbor Commissioner #3: Greg Hertel & Sharon Kivisto
Island Rec (San Juan Island Park & Rec) Commissioner #2: Jeremy M. Talbot & Amy Windrope
Plus, there will be proponents and opponents for:
The County’s Proposition to Levy Property Taxes
San Juan Park & Recreation District Levy
Fireworks Referendum
