Our Soroptimists have the second biggest! Wahoo!

Lori Stokes of the Soroptimist Club sent me this...wow! Numbers-wise, we're doing pretty well with the local club; achievement-wise, even better. Eaton appointed as Superior Court judge for the county…

County Clerk Joan White just sent this over: Gov. Gregoire appoints new Superior Court judge OLYMPIA – Gov. Chris Gregoire today announced the appointment of Don Eaton to the San Juan County Superior Court. Eaton now serves as a San Juan County Superior Court Commissioner, and replaces Judge John O. Killer whale at Sea World kills trainer…

2/24/2010 Just off the wires...an orca kills a worker at SeaWorld in Florida, where the killer whale is being held captive.
