Our young soccer team has found out what varsity soccer is all about through their first few games of the season, but their never-say-die attitude paid off as FHHS won 2-1 last week for their first win of the season at Nooksack Valley.

Playing on a sloppy & wet field in a downpour, Max Haenel scored in regulation to force overtime, where Rifal Fadi S’civott tucked away the winner (on a pass from Reuben DeLay) in a golden goal/sudden death period.

The Wolverines are back in action at Meridian on Tuesday this week.
