The new Cheese Shop officially opens its doors for business Saturday at 11:00 AM as well. Here is a sampling of some of the sandwiches they will offer. They are on Nichols Street right across from Brickworks.

And speaking of Brickworks – The official Grand Opening of Brickworks happens Saturday as well, right after the Saturday Market. Festivities begin at 2:00 with a Pie Social.
