The Tony award-winning drama, Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf ? written by Edward Albee, highlights San Juan Community Theatre’s On Book! Readers Theatre series on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29 and 30 at 7:30 p.m.

Directed by Tony Vivenzio, the reading on the Whittier stage will feature island actors Dorian Oliver, Lynda Guernsey, Grace Castle and Doug Schirmer.

The play, which opened on Broadway in 1962, examines the breakdown of the marriage of a middle-aged couple, Martha and George. After a university faculty party, they receive an unwitting younger couple, Nick and Honey, as guests late one evening, and draw them into their bitter and frustrated relationship.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m. with festival seating. Admission is FREE!
It is recommended for matured audiences only.
