This weekend, it’s the first of two hands-on workshops with WSU Food Safety & Preservation Advisor Terri Brown.

Practice canning.

Take home jam and pickles.

Bring your questions: Water bath or pressure canner? Why did my jar break? Why didn’t my jar seal? How can I tell if my food has spoiled?

It’s on Saturday, April 12 from 2:30 to 6:00 pm at Brickworks.
