We have a new Postmaster. John Smith Jr., with 18 years in the Postal Service comes here from the Everett Sorting Facility where he worked with about 1,000 employees, and now he’s down to 16. He’s been here for the last 2 weeks, although not quite moved from Mill Creek yet – his family is coming to visit this weekend – and they’re doing the commute thing until they can all get settled.

Go down and say hello – we only had about 6 interruptions of people saying hi in the 3 minutes it took to get this photo…

  1. Hello John,
Welcome to the islands! I’ve lived here since 1972 and still consider myself incredibly fortunate to be part of our island community.
