The first concert in this year’s Music on the Lawn Concert Series features the Brass Patriots.

Island Rec’s “Bring Em’ Back” concert series is part of our 30th anniversary celebration. The bands were all ‘people’s choice’ winners from previous years.
133D Army Band’s Brass Patriots play tunes ranging from The Beatles to John Williams, Patriotic to Funk. Come sing along and tap your feet, or if the mood strikes… get up and dance! The group is comprised of 15 citizen soldiers from across the great State of Washington, stationed at Camp Murray, Tacoma and is led by Sergeant First Class Alton Huckaby.

July 9th from 6:30 to 8:15 pm
San Juan Island Historical Museum
405 Price Street

Go to www.islandrec.org or call Island Rec at 378-4953 for more information. Bring a picnic diner, blankets or lawn chairs. Pets and alcohol are not permitted. Sponsored by IPS, Islander’s Insurance and FANS, (Families and Neighbors Support Island Rec.)
