Rob Simpson sends over this note about tonight’s Conscientious Projector show at the library…

Most of us on the island are very aware of the escalating stresses to our environment. But tonight’s film (7:00 PM at the library) seems to be stressing out our most respected environmental organizations.

Why? Not because it is pro-pollution. (Who could be? Wait… don’t answer that.) BUT, apparently, there’s one, big, fat problem they are not addressing.

This film dares to look at the dismissed-yet-obvious. And it offers solutions.

The Examiner.com‘s review said, “Few films are brave enough to tackle a topic this controversial.” Are we brave enough to at least expose ourselves to what this film is saying?

Come tonight to our library… 7:00 pm for a screening of “COWSPIRACY: The Sustainability Secret.”

Free organic popcorn and beverages will be served thanks to the Friends of the Library.
