We have an immediate opening for a Chief Scientist.
The Chief Scientist is responsible for the technical direction of Luxel’s ultra-thin film deposition processes. The position is hands-on in the lab, while also including extensive customer contact and sales support. Domestic and international travel is required several times per year. The ability to juggle multiple demands and timelines is critical.

Requirements:
- Ph.D in Physics, Material Science, or similar area
- 5 years minimum work experience
- Extensive knowledge of thin-film processes and their applications in soft x-ray and EUV wavelengths
- Experience with writing Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant applications and running those projects once awarded
