BEST WESTERN FRIDAY HARBOR SUITES RANKS IN
TOP ONE PRECENT IN GUEST SATISFACTION SURVEY

FRIDAY HARBOR, Wash., Aug. 30, 2007 —The Best Western Friday Harbor Suites in Friday Harbor, Washington has been ranked in the top one percent in guest satisfaction among the 2,400 Best Western properties in North America.

By ranking in the top one percent in the Best Western system, this signifies that the property received a high customer satisfaction ranking and a low number of complaints over the past 12 months. The ranking was based on the number of complaints received over a yearlong period.  Each Best Western in North America is ranked in conjunction with the feedback provided by Best Western guests via email.

“This recognition is a testament to how hard each associate at the Best Western Friday Harbor Suites has worked,” said Rich Johnson, director of customer care for Best Western International. “To maintain this level of customer care takes focus, dedication and a true spirit of hospitality.”

The survey is based on the questions about the guest’s satisfaction with his or her hotel stay. The survey inquires about the guest’s loyalty to the hotel, including the guest’s likelihood to return to the property or recommend the property. In addition, the survey investigates any problems that the guest may have encountered during the stay and how well staff handled the problems when reported. After the guest completes the survey, the data goes directly into the Best Western Medallia reporting system.

Opened in February 2005, the Best Western Friday Harbor Suites is located on the beautiful San Juan Islands in Northwest Washington. The hotel offers a complimentary hot breakfast and an on-site restaurant and lounge. Each room features pillow-top mattresses with plush duvets and Wi-Fi high-speed Internet access. Airport shuttle service to Airport is also available at no charge.
