Full-Time Spanish & ESL Teacher (beginning Fall 2024)
Spring Street is hiring a full-time (1.0 FTE) high school Spanish and ESL teacher beginning in the fall of 2024. Teachers with experience in this subject area are encouraged to apply. Courses may include Spanish I and II and an ESL reading/writing/speaking grammar course.
Balancing both rigor and project-based learning, your goal is to inspire students while providing them with the knowledge and skills to thrive in college. Additionally, you are excited to prepare students to use their language skills and cultural knowledge for international travel to Spanish speaking countries and in preparation for the AP Language and Culture exam. The ideal candidate would see students as individuals with their own set of unique strengths and areas for growth and also seek continual improvement as an educator.
