The Mudsharks (now (7-0) jumped out to an early 8-0 lead at Orcas with strong pitching by Richie and Forrest, and timely hitting in the first three innings.
Orcas came back, however, with five runs in the fourth and one in the fifth to pull close. The game came down to a bases-loaded no-out bottom of the sixth, in which Eddie then struck out two and got a ground out to end the game. Whew!
