It always feels like a trip back in time to visit the barracks & parade grounds & blockhouse & gardens at English Camp, but even more so when everyone is dressed up in the dress of the mid-19th century…it’s an awesome experience.
Gunpowder. Dress uniforms. Blowing off cannons. Playing cricket. The food. Arts, crafts, gardening….and what occupied the women as well. It was all there.
