Sadly, we received this news today. Al Sundstrom we will miss you.
It is my sad duty to report the passing of Al Sundstrom, Past Master of San Juan Island Grange #966. He will be remembered for his clarity of mind, his knowledge of Grange history and his gentle encouragement that we stay with our principles. Al, you will be missed.

Al Sundstrom will be missed by many. He was a kind man, always willing to share the history of the island, and experience of working with the land. It is impossible to replace him. My thoughts are with his family; his family by blood and his entire island family.
