No-quarter Binoculars – SJ Update photo
The Town just recently installed a new binocular scope thing like you see in… uh, well like in tourist places… But this one doesn’t cost you a quarter to use. Go check it out. It’s up there on the bluff overlooking the harbor by Vinny’s Ristorante and Friday Harbor House.
