Hanging Flower Basket Class

Spring is springing and the birds are singing. Mother’s day is just around the corner and Island Rec has the perfect post-Mother’s Day activity or gift idea.
The San Juan Island Garden Club is teaming up with Island Rec to offer a Hanging Flower Basket Class, Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 to 12:00.
Located at the Family Park in the Fairgrounds, you will get step-by-step instruction on planting a 12” flower basket, and take it home with you afterwards! Better yet, have her to enjoy it together with a friend or family member.
The Garden Club will have all the materials needed to put together a beautiful flower basket. Ages 16+, preregistration of $65 before May 7, scholarships available.
