IMA Grand Opening, February 14, 2015

This was the “official” grand opening of the new Islands Museum of Art, the one last December was more of a preview. This show, entitled “Illuminated” featured world-renowned glass artist William Morris, as well as three other popular glass artists, Raven Skyriver, Shelley Muzylowski and Ross Richmond.

The photos below may give you a taste of what to expect, but they don’t do the glass justice – you really must see this in person to fully appreciate what these talented people can do with glass.
