The K-9 Carnival is this weekend!

On Sunday, September 20, Island Rec will host its Third Annual K-9 Carnival from 1-4 pm at the Fairgrounds.
You and your best friend can join in on the many activities that will be going on throughout the day such as the Eddie & Friends Birthday Celebration, Phideaux Photo Booth, Dog/Owner games, agility course, Nails and Tails Boutique, and so much more. Enter your dog into the “Strut Your Mutt” Parade and compete in a variety of contests such as “Pie Eating”, Best Costume, Dancing, Basic Obedience and more.
There's lots to do!
There will be many dog-related vendors on hand to share information and services to keep you and your dog well educated and entertained. Every Buddy’s Agility team will be at the carnival to demonstrate the amazing athleticism of their agility dog team.
Special guest Carol Frischmann, author of A Practical Guide to Sustainable Pet Care, will be giving a talk on how to live green through your pets. It’s an event you and your dog won’t want to miss.
