Mari drops by Hobbes' table for a moment last Saturday evening at Pazzo Vivo....
Visited with Mari at Pazzo Vivo yesterday, and she tells me she’s planning to close up next Wednesday, the 21st…then Peggy & Oren Combs are taking over, with plans to renovate & re-open in June as The Rumor Mill.
We’ll watch for that…but in the meantime, it’s gotta be said that Mari did an awesome job with the former Bella Luna – improving the food and making the place a dependable (and crowded!) spot for local and visiting musicians to play, and to bring people together. Thanks, Mari, for what you’ve done!

Look, this place has been one of the “hubs” for musicians for a very long time…Most every musician in these islands has played there whether it was the Electric Co, Bella Luna or Pazzo Viso, and next week were gonna invite em all down for a proper send off and partay!. Hosting will be the returning and presumably well tanned, Steve Keys and the (not so tan)Fabulous Rhythmatics. So get out and support local music cause as you know “Live Music is Best”!..
ps…Peggy and Oren are long time supporters of Live music and expect to continue with that tradition after the dust settles. Sweet!…
