Amanda’s art…at waterworks gallery

Here’s the word from Ruth at the gallery:
Just in, a new group of textile collages by Amanda Richardson. This landscape series depicts the mosses, rocks and flowers of the San Juan Islands.
These custom dyed, silk velvet and brocade scenes are created using a heat activated fusion process, sharp scissors and a backing cloth.
The gallery offers stretching and framing on these textiles to enhance their presence. Because these textiles are best viewed in person, we will ship them on approval.
