Ho ho ho...as we head into the holidays...
Just a quick note to let you know that today is the Update‘s birthday…the first posting of the island’s oldest locally owned online news (and other stuff) was on November 24, 1997. Thirteen years!
Now that we’re a teenager, we have all kinds of plans – wanting to drive, knowing it all, and eating a lot of junk food. But most of all, I’d like to take a moment to thank you for sharing your stories and making this so much fun.And thanks for making the Update a part of your daily routine – it’s great to know you’re there, and that together we have a chance to celebrate this island we call home.
