Piet's neighbors...
Remember last month when Ary told us you could see a heart on the ground from the sky, when you look at San Juan Island? (Here’s the story & picture.)
Well, he’s not the only one – that prompted Piet Visser to suggest we check out his next door neighbor on the island’s peace of property (Piet & Brooke & the kids live in Andorra, now), while Greg at the County GIS offered this incredible view (below). My dad checked my house out from one of those satellite website thingees and told me i needed to replace some shingles on the roof. handy little tool. Kind of put an end to my roof-top sunbathing, though.
