Kids on parade….
Posted November 1, 2011 at 8:11 am by Ian Byington
There have been lots of fall colors this last month, and yesterday added even more, as the elementary school’s annual Halloween costume parade made its way through town. The sun peeked out just in time as shopowners & mamas & papas & siblings & grandparents & friends lined the streets to see the kids on the sidewalks.
Ace photographers Tamara Weaver, her husband Jon, and Kevin Holmes and I shot a bunch of pictures, and made a little movie for you from both sides of the street…we tried to get lots of pictures that included the adults, too – both in the parade & watchers. See what you think!

Ian, thank you so much for posting this slideshow! Sadly, I missed this adorable event that I so look forward to every year due to an off island work conflict. My only glimpse of Jersie during the parade was here. I appreciate you!
