Film tonight at 7pm! Rob Simpson continues the Conscientious Projector series at the Library this week with tonight’s showing of “What the Bleep Do We Know” – here’s the website; and here’s Rob’s writeup:

A special holiday screening of the hit film that really got people thinking about Quantum Physics and its implications in our lives….“What The Bleep Do We Know”! The most entertaining, new-science film you never saw in school. Free popcorn, too.

• The basketball guys thumped Orcas and Saturday over at their place, while the girls kept it close & beat the Vikings. The teams are back in action here on the island on Friday with Mount Vernon Christian after traveling to Darrington on Tuesday.

Got a chance to visit with wresting coach Neil on the ferry Saturday night as they returned from an all day meet downsound (they also hosted a home match the day before)…he’s liking the guys’ progress so far, with some state prospects this year. We’ll keep you posted!

• Get it on your radar: If you’re thinking about going out tonight to eat, think about dropping by the Golden Triangle – this time of year Avon runs a Japanese special (Mondays), a Vietnamese special (Tuesdays), and a Laotion dinner on Wednesday….great place to eat!
