Let’s take a look around:

• The Public Health Department has a free program that aims to help families get the nutrition they need. Here’s more from Director of Nursing Susan Leff:

Susan on the Fourth of July…

Our WIC program has openings for pregnant women, infants, and children under 5 years old. It is a great program to supplement a family’s diet with healthy foods and teach good nutrition at the same time. This year we even have limited vouchers for the local farmer’s market.

Stop by the Health Department to see if you qualify or look online!
