Homes for Islanders had a key ceremony for the last phase of their development up off of Lampard. This is where the new homeowners receive their keys and get to move into the homes they’ve worked so hard for.

Chelsea Foussard shaving off Justin Miller’s beard. They both built homes in this phase. Justin started growing his beard when he started building his house and vowed not to shave until it was complete.
