Pints for Prostates
The Friday Harbor chapter of US TOO International is pleased to present a men’s health awareness event. Pints for Prostates will be reaching men through the universal language of beer at the Rumor Mill on April 3 starting at 7 p.m.
The event will include live music featuring the Play-Rite Boys and the Duo-Tones, and information will be available for men about the importance of early detection. There will be a raffle with a prize of a 10 day European Beer Adventure in September that visits Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne and Dusseldorf.
The Friday Harbor chapter meets the 4th Monday of every month at 6 PM at the Mullis Community Senior Center, providing men and their families with fellowship, peer counseling and timely, personalized, unbiased and reliable information about prostate cancer, enabling informed choices about detection, treatment options, and quality of life after treatment.
