American Camp Trail (ACT) Grand Opening

Part of the Airport Loop section of the American Camp Trail
Join the SJI Trails Committee for the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of the American Camp Trail (ACT) on Saturday, June 1st at 11:00 am at the town trailhead at the top of Spring Street near the Office Center. Enjoy refreshments while hearing from Trail partners – Island Rec, Land Bank, Public Works, National Park Service, Port of Friday Harbor, and learning the trail’s history.
Afterwards, take a self-guided walk on the Airport loop, or continue to the Golf Course, or to American Camp Visitors Center. A shuttle will be available at those last 2 locations for return to town.
Please park on street.
The Trails Committee is a sub-committee of the Island Rec Board.
