NPS Public Meetings
Posted July 22, 2013 at 5:35 am by Tim Dustrude
The National Park Service has announced a series of public meetings with the final one on Wednesday, July 31, 5 to 7 pm, at the Brickworks in Friday Harbor. These are opportunities for the general public to learn about the planning process for both the Mitchell Hill and Westcott Bay additions to English Camp and provide initial comments about the future of these special places.
There will be earlier meetings for equestrian trail users (Tuesday, July 23, 5 to 7 at the Brickworks) and bicycle trail users (Wednesday, July 24, 5 to 7 at the Brickworks) to offer their vision and concerns about uses of the Mitchell Hill area.
All members of the public are welcome at all three meetings.
