Wine, Cheese and Book Signing

SJI Cheese is hosting an event this coming Friday. Here’s their announcement:
Dear Friends,
We are excited to introduce writer, poet, and wine educator Shannon Borg and her new book: The Green Vine – A Guide to West Coast Sustainable, Organic, and Biodynamic Wines.
“…more and more people are thinking about where their food comes from—and wine is food, too. At root, it’s an agricultural product that faces many of the same industrial, environmental, and economic issues as that sustainably-raised steak or fresh home-grown salad on your plate.”
She will discuss her book and we will be pairing cheeses with wines from her book.
