Community Thanksgiving Dinner

Mmmmmm mmmmmm Good! Good times. Good Friends & Neighbors. Good Food. The Community Thanksgiving Dinner was… Good! Huge turnout this year. Minnie Knych told me they had so many people last year (about 400) that they decided to extend it for an extra hour this year. And that she was hoping, but wasn’t sure if there would be enough food to last until 5:00. Lots of happy satisfied people there. What a great tradition!

It was great fun serving out the multitude of pies! Everyone was so generous. Thank you, Minnie. It was a fun time for all!
And thank you, Tim, for giving up part of your Thanksgiving day so that everyone could see what a good time we had.
Thank you to all who make the dinner happen! I just appreciate this event so much, it is one of my absolute favorite happenings in Friday Harbor and I look forward to it like a kid waiting for Santa.
