The Port of Friday Harbor has officially opened the new Pilot Welcome Center building. Here’s more from their Facebook page…
The new Pilot Welcome Center is officially open! The Friday Harbor Airport now offers a very nice place for visiting pilots to prepare their flight plans and check out the various offerings of Friday Harbor businesses. The Port Commission opened the new heated facility with a ribbon- cutting ceremony. Thanks for making SJI more welcoming. Pilots will get a lot of use of this facility and it will make flying safer as well. Many thanks.
