Here’s a message from Stillpoint School…
Stillpoint School students were delighted by a recent visit from three members of San Juan Island’s Daughters of the American Revolution organization. The DAR ladies came dressed in authentic costumes to present certificates to two Stillpoint 6th graders, Danica Islam and Jersie Angel, in recognition of their participation in the American History Essay Contest.
Stillpoint students enjoyed the opportunity to explore the lives of children during the American Revolution. Thank you very much, Daughters of the American Revolution, and congratulations to Danica and Jersie!
