Dirigo II, again
Posted July 16, 2014 at 5:55 am by Tim Dustrude
Here’s another image by John Miller of that same boat, Dirigo II, shot the same evening, but this time before sundown.
This is Dirigo II going to windward with San Juan in the background.
These (and additional) images from that evening are on display at Gallery 9 down on First Street if you would like to see them in all their physical splendor.

Thanks John for awesome photos you are the best! These sunset sails as well as our daily sails are a very special experience and we’d love to have Islanders bring out their friends and family when they come to visit. Their is no better way to experience the purity of the islands than on a classic sailing vessel!
