As you probably know, the day started off with a downpour, and it soaked the fairgrounds pretty well, making puddles everywhere and flooding some outdoor booths. As a result there were not too many people there at first. But as mid afternoon arrived, the rain had stopped and things were beginning to dry up, people were arriving and before long there was a good turnout.
