Workshop on the Power of Letting Go

Nicholas Corrin, author of the award-winning book The Power of Letting Go: transforming fear into love will present a workshop offering practical applications of the ideas in the book on Monday, October 6 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm at the Brickworks.

Sponsored by the San Juan Island Agricultural Guild, San Juan Hospice, and the San Juan Food Co-op, the workshop is free to the public. The workshop is part of the Ag Guild’s Live Life Well Education Series.

The workshop is designed for people who would like to transform blockages, physical challenges or frustrations into strengths and/or increased levels of health and are keen on living to their fullest potential.
