Learn the simple technique of preparing the fall harvest into beneficial and scrumptious Kimchi. and how to include it in your diet.
Each participant makes their own batch. It will be ready by Thanksgiving!
November 16, 1 – 3 pm, in the Co-op Annex at 775 Mullis Street.
$20 donation appreciated
Call 370-7099 for tools and ingredient information.
You can buy your veggies at the Co-op before class, and a wide-mouth jar if you don’t have a crock.
