October EMT of the Month
Posted October 21, 2015 at 5:39 am by Tim Dustrude
Rebecca Smith has been an EMT since 2005. She was active in the EMT Association for several years as the Treasurer. She served as a fire fighter for 17 years and a Fire Commissioner for 6 years.
She is retired from the “real” world as a corporate executive.
When asked what her favorite part of being an EMT is, she answered; “Responding to help people that I know, because they are comforted by someone walking in their door that they recognize.”
Rebecca is often seen representing the agency at community functions and gatherings.
We appreciate her time, expertise and quick wit.
