Vegetarian vampires and rock ‘n’ roll werewolves, oh my!
We Are Monsters, San Juan Community Theatre’s latest family theatre production, is presented in the Whittier THIS Thursday* through Saturday, November 19-21 at 7:00 pm and Sunday, November 22 at 2:00 pm.
The musical by Denver Casado and Betina Hershey follows human kids into a monster cabaret where they gradually realize there may be more to these monsters than meets the eye! Most importantly, the monsters and kids discover the importance of friendship and celebrating in the attributes that make each of us different and unique.
Director Penelope Haskew cast more than 55 kids and some 11 adults in what is certain to be another prime example of community theatre at its best!
Tickets—$15 for adults and $8 for student reserved— are available online at www.sjctheatre.org or at the SJCT Box Office (378-3210).
*Thursday is “Pay What You Can” Preview; doors open at 6:00.
