Temporary Ferry Schedule

Here’s a note from WSF with the lowdown on the Yakima ferry service disruption…

The M/V Yakima remains out of service for Wednesday, April 25 due to a bent propeller.  Underwater repairs have been performed, but the vessel still experienced some vibrations during subsequent sea trials.

The vessel has returned to the maintenance facility for additional adjustments to be completed over night. After repairs are complete, M/V Yakima will transit back to Anacortes, and is estimated to return to service in the late afternoon on Wednesday.

The following temporary schedule is in effect to start the day on Wednesday, April 25.

Sailing times have been adjusted to prioritize domestic travel in the San Juan Islands, which cancels the international sailings to and from Sidney, British Columbia again on Wednesday April, 25.

Reservation holders are prioritized on a first-come first-served basis for all in-service sailings. Those who are not able to travel due to the service disruptions will not be charged the no show fee. Those without reservations will be processed as space is available after reservation holders.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to restore full service on this route. Updates regarding return to service time for M/V Yakima will be provided as they are available.

WESTBOUND:

• Anacortes to Lopez: 6:20 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, 3:25 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 9:15p.m.
• Anacortes to Shaw: 5:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 9:15 p.m.
• Anacortes to Orcas: 5:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 3:25 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 9:15 p.m.
• Anacortes to Friday Harbor: 6:20 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 2:15 p.m., 4:05 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 9:15 p.m.

EASTBOUND:
