Please help support prevention by taking 3-5 minutes to complete the short online survey! Community perspective and perceptions are a very important aspect of our prevention work where our primary focus is having each and every child in our community reach his or her full potential.
Annually, the San Juan Island Prevention Coalition, as a Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI), participates in the WA Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery’s annual survey that is a required component for assessment and evaluation for the state and federal funding that supports our community-based prevention efforts!
