WHAT: Third Saturday Contra Dance
WHERE: Grange Hall in Friday Harbor
WHEN: Saturday March 21st. 7 till 9 PM
PRICE: $10 donation at the door, $5 students
MORE DETAILS: This month our dance features Gwen Rousseau as caller and the band Improper. Gwen is a popular caller from Seattle we have hosted many times, and the band also hails from Seattle, with an impressive array of musicians, including Sean Bolton on fiddle, Melissa Coffey on fiddle, whistle, sax and flute, Nick Leininger on guitar and Julie Bennett on percussion. What’s not to love?
As always with contra dance, all dances are taught, no need to bring a partner, and no need for previous contra dance experience, everyone is welcome, we always have a good time together!
