Just a reminder for everyone to come out and enjoy the San Juan Island Artists’ Studio Tour this weekend, June 1-2, from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. 15 studios, 41 artists! Maps can be found at any studio and various places in town including Island Studios and the Chamber of Commerce.

Clean up of the collapsed I-5 bridge over the Skagit is about 2/3 done and parts & materials for the new temporary span began arriving on site on Tuesday. WSDOT has a nice webpage with routine updates which you can see here. Be sure to click the link with photos.
