Friday Harbor High playoffs loom for spring seasons….

FHHS Athletic Director Rod Turnbull notes that the baseball team has won the league title for the third straight year, and that the track, golf, boys’ soccer, girls’ tennis and softball teams all have their shot in the playoffs, too. Here’s this season’s post-season, as of Wednesday (4/28):

Amy from San Juan Fitness says the classes are next month: Register now for American Red Cross Lifeguard training at San Juan Island Fitness. Classes are tentatively scheduled for May 11 – May 27 on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings. There will be one additional session at a deepwater pool to be scheduled later.
