Good to see Marsha McAllister & her son Roy yesterday – her classes at Skagit Valley College/San Juan Center start in just a couple of weeks or so, and she’s been busy at her studio, too (here’s more). My friend Roy says he’s looking for a little extra work, too, if you got some.

Last night the soccer team beat Concrete 9-0 for their first victory of the season – they head to North Sound Christian tomorrow to keep the momentum going.

Besides being a pretty awesome painter herself, Annie Howell-Adams is a pretty amazing workshop teacher too. This weekend she offered another of her “plein aire” classes which sets things up so painters paint outside in the open air.
