Last Friday, the FHHS football team closed out the fall season with a 27-20 loss at Charles Wright Academy. The weekend before, the volleyball team beat Nooksack (here are videos on YouTube from the match), but was eliminated later in the tourney, ending their season. Good job, Wolverines!

This year the Friday Harbor High School Homecoming Parade was earlier than I can remember, with a start time of 3:30pm last Friday, which is a great idea as far as getting the town fired up for the game…’most everybody’s still at work then, and got a chance to see the parade.  Continue Reading

Starting at 4:30 till about 8 tonight, volunteers will be calling island residents to ask for contributions to the San Juan Public Schools Foundation…give what you can. It’s for the kids.
