Mollie’s Meals and Treats produces handmade biscuits, bagels and raw food for dogs.  We source fresh ingredients from area farms around the San Juan Islands and mainland Washington to ensure we can offer the freshest quality possible for our canine companions.  The fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and eggs are 100% organic and the meats, poultry and dairy are antibiotic and hormone free.  Our grains are organic and milled weekly in a small family-run mill. Each treat is hand-rolled, cut and baked and does not contain any artificial flavors or preservatives.

Our raw food is nutritionally balanced and contains all the vitamins and nutrients.  All of the treats are tested on humans and quality controlled by Mollie and her four-legged pals.  Mollie’s Meals and Treats are available online at www.doggiebiscuitsandmore.com and at specialty shops on San Juan and Orcas Island.  They can also be purchased at the Harrison House Suites, Tucker House Inn and Coho Restaurant in Friday Harbor, San Juan Island.

Good nutrition is vitally important to maintain your dog’s health and help fight disease.  It promotes healthy skin and coat, strong well developed bones, bright eyes, firmer stools, well defined muscle tone, healthy teeth and gums, fewer digestive problems, increased energy, vitality and longevity.

“I suffered from severe food allergies and was in declining health,” says Mollie, Quality Control Manager.  “Once my vet determined my food sensitivities, my owners who are into healthy food tried a number of diets.  I slowly began to feel better on this raw chicken and oats diet.  I enjoy daily play dates at the local dog park and just celebrated by 13th birthday with carrot pupcakes!”

Mollie’s Meals and Treats grew out of our love of food and dogs in the hopes that they can live long healthy lives with proper nutrition.  Our two Inns in Friday Harbor, San Juan Island, Washington, the Harrison House Suites and Tucker House Inn are pet-friendly.  The Inn’s and Restaurant, Coho prepares fresh local pacific cuisine.  Mollie’s Meals and Treats is a natural extension of the food services we currently provide our two and four-legged guests that stay with us at the Inns and who frequent Coho Restaurant.

Background on Owners:
Anna Maria de Freitas, moved to historic Friday Harbor from Maryland four years ago to pursue her dream of owning a Bed and Breakfast.  She started the Harrison House Suites, along with her husband David Pass, and a year later took on the Tucker House and opened Coho Restaurant.  Erin Dannelly, moved to Friday Harbor in February.  Erin and Anna Maria were neighbors in Maryland and always loved to cook and bake.  Erin has a special place in her heart for Mollie and four-legged friends so Mollie’s Treats and More was born.
