  5. First thing I thought too ~ ‘OUCH’ our local online paper suggesting off island contractors ~ I am sure they do a fine job, but we have fantastic, qualified contractors for these jobs ~ we had our roof replaced a year ago by Shawn Klein, who does top quality work.
