Re-live Pickett’s Charge 150 years to the day of that terrible event during The Life and Times of General George Pickett at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 3 at the San Juan Community Theatre.

Park historian Mike Vouri, Singer Michael Cohen and Technical Director Chris De Staffany present the play for the 17th year. The play covers Pickett’s life from his days at West Point, the Mexican-American War and Texas frontier to the Pig War and Gettysburg. Along the way Cohen provides 19th century songs that introduce each segment.
